I sure miss the times when Cjs had a Freezing Cloud in their book. It was so much more fun than the current spellset... Same with Tms, Evaporate and potion extraction were a lot of fun to fool around with. Why were they all removed, again?..

It's supposed to drag all monsters towards the affected one, right? Sounds like an escape plan. Drag monsters closer to you to those farther from you and run/shoot at them? I dunno, I never used it myself, but it sounds like that kinda spell.
