I'd vote revivification, sure the loss of hp sucks, but what sucks more is dying permanently. That said if you want to do DDoor that's fine too. I've always been a bit afraid of using death's door though, so I don't have much experience with it.

On a side note, can chei's step from time not cost 10 mana? It's literally the highest level "spell" in the game, more powerful than fire storm and tornado! Hellcrawl made it cost 5 mana, I'd say go for that in mainline crawl too :)
