Good evening gentlemen. I'm playing a 0.15 game with a DSFi of Ashenzari. Because I wanted to curse some equipment, I dropped 3 remove curse scrolls and prayed upon them. Then 3 scrolls turned into... 9 : 1 curse jewelley, 1 curse armour and 7 curse weapon ! Where do the 6 bonus scrolls come from ????

Weapon: your weapon is not exactly good. If you really want to go axes + shields you can look for a broad axe and enchant it. I'm playing a HOFi whith Int 17 (13 + 4 through a worn artifact) and Spellcasting to raised ro 6.
However, evel low levels spells still show a 100% failure chance for learning - at least after the Memorization screen.
Why is that ? How can I make this character lear some spells ?

With jokes like : giving you a -1 Hat of the Wizard when you're playing a HuFi (with the 'antennae' mutation).

I'd rather see them as Octopods with the ability to wear four pair of boots instead of 8 rings.

Also, we me take into account the fact that spiders having 8 legs and 2 pedipalps, they keep the opportunity of wearing gloves.

That's very convenient in ice-themed levels.

OK, the corridor trick was the solution here. Only two Unseen Horrors on these rooms, obviously they were warding the Treasure Trove (not yet visited...). BTW, they were far from being a threat here because my HOPr has AC30. Anyway, some of their attacks bypassed the armor and the priest lost around...

This one just left me not a single chance to escape : he took me by surprise, his arrows are really lethal, even fog/running is useless. Too bad.
