Description Transfering skill out of a skill at some point gives the message:

_Your base Dodging skill decreases to level 24!

When in reality it is

f - Dodging 24.9.

 Added two screenshots, one of the "base skill is 24" message, and one of the base skill screen, where you can see that its *true* 24.9.
