0009619: Bug/feature: horns beastly appendage + horns mutation

Description

If you have beastly appendage active giving you horns 2, and you mutate to gain horns, you get temporary horns 3, which shrink to horns 1 when the spell expires.
If you keep recasting beastly appendage before it expires, you could keep horns 3 up. Not sure if this is a bug or an intended feature.
