Summary 0009372: kraken tentacles affecting shadow traps
Description This is just plain stupid. Tentacle reaching out to you hits a shadow trap. I get summoned aquamancers and merfolk avatars. Change this behaviour please or remove those goddamn traps altogether.

 I'd go for plan (b), total removal - or at least make them temporary usually! They make Zot traps seem harmless.
