As I mentioned on IRC earlier, this is caused by the blinkbolting raiju dying before its blinkbolt is complete.

There are two solutions I can think of: a) immediately stop the blinkbolt if the monster dies, or b) place the monster off the map as the blinkbolt is traced. I'm leaning towards the latter on the basis that anything dealing with being able to damage a monster in mid-blinkbolt necessarily involves repositioning the monster every step of the way, which gets kind of iffy.

The crash is fixed in trunk (0.16-a0-4060-g00983b4), thanks!

As sgrunt points out, it would be better for the raiju not to take damage, or even exist on the map, while it is a bolt.
