Summary 0008735: Frenzied monsters don't attack other frenzied monsters
Description Mostly an issue with the Discord spell. Frenzy turns monsters neutral and makes them attack the closest monster. However, the behavior for neutral monsters makes them ignore other neutral monsters (unless they get in each other's way). This makes Discord dangerously unreliable, rather than slightly risky, esp. if it works on everything in sight (in which case they will all attack the player).

Discord is a level 8 spell but the current behavior for frenzy-neutral monsters makes it fall short of the investment required to get level 8 spells (alongside some of its other shortcomings, like MR-checking). If frenzied monsters would at least attack each other, that would go a long way towards making it worth the level 8 slot.

Flavor-wise it's kind of silly for a spell like Discord to throw monsters into a frenzy in which they will politely ignore each other.
