Summary 0008691: Monster used paralyze wand on already paralyzed player with no other creatures in view
Description Wight paralyzed me with a para wand, while standing 2 tiles from me. On his next turns (while I was paralyzed) he kept evoking that wand on me instead of walking up to me and hitting me. There were no other monsters in view or anywhere neat, I believe so that behaviour made little sense.

Log:

_The wight zaps a wand. You suddenly lose the ability to move!
_The wight zaps a wand. You easily resist.
_The wight zaps a wand. You shrug off the repeated paralysis!
The wight zaps a wand. You easily resist.
_You can move again.

There was no other wands on the wight:
 T - a wand of paralysis {zapped: 7}; S - 2 needles of slowing (gained 1)

Ingame nickname: FiftyNine, DeCj, T: Note: 0005700 (CLAN webtiles)

Update: after a dev pow-wow, this is now considered the correct behavior. (Fix reverted.)

Monsters are dumb!
