Description Joining WebTiles game as a spectator when logged in often hangs on title screen.

Most likely has something to with sending spectator's settings.

 This should be fixed by 0.14-a0-2334-g9b33a11 and related server side script changes by Neil.

There is still at least one other watch join error (0008057), but that should be far less common.
