0007686: Tornado's "There are friendlies around" warning triggers inappropriately

Description

I tried casting Tornado while in Cocytus just after monsters were summoned around me. I received the "There are friendlies around, are you sure you want to hurt them?" warning, despite there being no friendlies in sight.
It's possible that some fire vortices are around, but they are out of sight so I assume the warning should not trigger.

(0024300) neil (administrator) 2013-11-03 19:25	Unfortunately we can't do just an los check, as the tornado can flow to out-of-sight spaces; not through a solid wall, but around a corner: .@.# ...# ###. .v.. We'd need to simulate the tornado to find what cells it might hit, and trigger the warning if there are any (remembered) friendlies at any of those cells.
