0007384: Draconian monks use weapons

Description

Despite their description clearly stating
"A draconian who has eschewed the study of weaponry and magic in order to train in the art of unarmed combat."
That they have abandoned weapons in favor of unarmed combat, this doesn't prevent them from being benefiting from picking up whatever weapon they may find.

Which is rather silly, since unarmed damage definitely doesn't stack up with weapon damage for players. At all.

Also that whole thing about breaking the whole "who has eschewed the study of weaponry" thing being massively awkward.
