0006989: Crawl loads with a blank screen instead of displaying errors.

Description

Starting a new game with trunk on CAO WebTiles brings up the splash image at first, but then it is replaced with a blank screen. Hitting ESC then brings up the race selection menu. I do not have this issue with CSZO WebTiles.

I believe the issue arrises because CAO is attempting to display errors as the game loads and before character selection begins. Loading a trunk CAO game in ssh brings up

After choosing a character and on every reload in CAO WebTiles I see

Ideally these issues wouldn't happen to begin with. I don't recall ever editing my rc. But since they are happening, the errors should appear in the browser so it's clear that the game successfully loaded and will respond to key presses.

(0022526) CKyle (reporter) 2013-05-02 18:03	I reset my rc file and it did fix the blank screen issue. So I'm pretty certain webtiles is just failing to display errors before character selection.
