Description I have come back to this spot and stopped twice now. Dungeon has been heavily manipulated :)

 Come back and stopped with what message? Or is there no message at all? A save file might help here, incidentally.

 I just stopped there with no message. Possibly the emapathy was a problem?

 When you say "Dungeon has been heavily manipulated" can you be more specific and tell us exactly what you have been doing.

And yes, a save backup is probably essential to investigate the problem, can you make one?

 Sorry, I played on from there. It's the vitrification & empathy that I suspect - I don't loop there now. 
Your configuration uses = to append to a list option. This syntax will override the option in a futu
re version. Use += instead to append. Affected options are: auto_exclude, drop_filter, force_more_me
ssage, menu_colour, note_items, note_messages and note_monsters
