With that, there's also the problem that there's currently no good way of getting options from the user's rc file to the web client; I really want it to use your own settings and not the ones of the player if you're spectating, but that complicates things a lot.

If that would slow down getting this implemented I'd gladly do without, as long as it works in my own games. (actually if I'm spectating I'd kind of expect it to use the players settings and not mine anyway)
