Approximately 30 'item buggily placed' messages on level entry. No crash. See the message log in the dumplog, also attaching a save backup

(0022012) mumra (developer) 2013-03-29 22:10	I accessed the save and it's another roguey level with a large water vault placed in the middle. Resolving as fixed by 0006709
