Indeed, the whole of Chei's conducts are stated as:

Cheibriados likes it when you kill fast things.

Cheibriados strongly dislikes it when you hasten yourself or use unnaturally
quick items.
</blockquote>

Probably should change "hasten yourself" to "hasten yourself or others".

Or, Chei should maybe not mind if you haste bad guys.
