0005613: -cTele didn't go away after picking up golden rune

Description

The game gave me the following messages upon picking up the golden rune:

_Found a golden rune of Zot.
You see here a golden rune of Zot.
You pick up the golden rune and feel its power.
You now have 5 runes.
Press } to see all the runes you have collected.
notify_dgn_event: Lua error:
...ster/crawl-git-a107911091/data/dat/dlua/lm_flags.lua:109: attempt to call
field 'change_branch_flags' (a nil value)
Ashenzari appreciates your discovery of this rune.

After picking it up, controlled teleport was still forbidden, red -cTele still there and all. I assume the Lua error mentioned has something to do with that?
