0005543: Using Ice Form as octopode gives incorrect text for ring slots

Description

As an octopode, when I cast Ice Form, and then look at my ring slots, it says "(ring currently unavailable)" for my eighth tentacle, yet I can freely take on or take off a ring on this tentacle.

So either the text is wrong, or I shouldn't be able to change rings (?)
