0004722: Going down the stairs in Vaults while in bat form often crashes the game

Description

Trying to enter a new Vaults level while in bat form often crashes the game. This bug was already present in 0.9, see the related bug.

I think I have mostly traced how this happens, but someone who knows the map generation better will have to look at this:
It seems that certain vaults with monsters cause init_travel_terrain_check(true) to be called. Thus, the game treats doors as impassable (because of bat form), and rejects every layout, thinking it has isolated areas.
