I had just drawn an orb card from a legendary deck of dest, and used shift-h to target the goblin next to me. Instantly dumped me to menu, and the floor was regenerated when I reloaded the save.

 Ah, scratch that last bit. It's the same floor. So I was dumped back to after generation.
