Summary 0004308: Tiles can cast with -CAST artifacts
Description Using the tiles mouse interface for spells allows casting spells even when -CAST artifacts are wielded/equipped/whatever, although casting from z/Z is disabled as is presumably intended.

Not like it'd really influence one to try and cast swiftness in Maxwell's Patent Armour, but still seems a little abusable and directly against the point of that randart property.
