0004013: Paralysis duration is underreported in character dumps

Description

My last character died to paralysis. I checked the log to see how long the duration was, and noticed something odd. Here are the last 4 lines of the character's notes:

34022 | Snake:1 | Paralysed by a naga for 6 turns
34030 | Snake:1 | HP: 19/132 [naga/glaive (23)]
34030 | Snake:1 | HP: 7/132 [naga/halberd of dragon slaying (12)]
34030 | Snake:1 | Slain by a naga

It says 6 turns, but I was still paralysed when I died 8 turns later.

Someone else also reports this happening to them:

114010 | Elf:5 | Paralysed by a deep elf mage for 6 turns
114018 | Elf:5 | HP: 4/159 [deep elf annihilator/poison arrow (22)]

I'm assuming this is just a text related bug...

(0013159) galehar (administrator) 2011-05-20 01:18	Fixed. Turns are shorter when hasted, hence the inconsistency. I changed it so speed is always normal when paralysed.
