Summary

0003779: can't extend spider form duration while clinging over deep water

Description

Steps to reproduce:

* Cast Spider Form
* Move (via clinging) over deep water
* Attempt to recast Spider Form

Result: "You would drown in your new form."

Expected result: the duration of Spider Form is extended.

The current message is obviously wrong given that the new form is the same as the current form and the player is not currently drowning.
