Summary 0003734: Fast travel down on bottom level gives wrong message
Description "G>" when you're on a level that doesn't have any down stairs says "You're already here." When it should say something like "You're as low as you can go, bro."

The problem stems from "G>" requesting the same level you're currently on, not a lower (non-existant) one, if you're on the lowest floor of the branch.

Thus, the code replies the same way, and no conditional for the bug's case has been written.
