What version of windows? Are you using some sort of virtual desktop? Multiple monitors? |

Windows 7 Professional, single monitor, no virtual desktops.
Possible workarounds:
Setting "Full Screen" in tiles_options.txt outputs text outside of visible range as well - so not an option.
The only way to make it somewhat playable so far is to manually set tile_window_width and tile_window_height there -but in that case game messages are shown on top of the screen and hide a lot of important map features... |

I have the same problem on my linux. I have a dual screen and the size of the window is set too big for one screen and I can't see the content of the window on the second screen. Moreover it is impossible to resize the window.
- OS : archlinux x86_64
- sdl : 1.2.14-6
- sdl_image : 1.2.10-2
- libpng : 1.4.5-1

Old branch, 1080p works fine in Windows 7+ on at least Crawl 0.11. Unix dual monitors are a separate issue. |

I want to report I have this issue in crawl 0.15.2 tiles win32.
I am running windows 8 64-bit on a lenovo y510p. The screen resolution is 1920x1080.
Interestingly, if I want to fake having a full screen game by setting crawl in windowed mode to be big enough to take up the entire screen, these are the settings I need.
tile_window_width = 1540
tile_window_height = 890 |
