0003598: Mutations can override racial mutations gained by leveling.

Description

I tested this with Felids, but I assume it could be possible with other species too, such as Demonspawn and Draconians. If the character has a mutation that is granted as a racial mutation at a certain level and they reach that level, they'll never gain the racial mutation. In my case, Xom gave my Felid Fur 3 sometime before level 12. Later on I lost the mutation and was dropped to Fur 2. My Felid cannot get racial Fur 3. Ever. I tested this in Wizard mode a few times by starting a Felid, forcing Fur 3, changing level to 12 or higher, and then quaffing a potion of Cure Mutation. My wizard-mode Felid dropped back to Fur 1 every time, even though it should have had Fur 3 at the level. Even if I set my level back down to 12, the mutation would not be granted again.

I included the save file of the Felid I'm playing right now that was Xomed out of Fur 3.
