0001741: Can't zap wand or use ranged spell

Description

I think the moccasin should be out of sight; I try and cast throw frost at it, or zap a wand but nothing happens except losing the magic points/zap count of wand goes up 1.

(0008658) rob (developer) 2010-09-15 22:01	in 0.8 trunk, the snake is in sight, and you can hit it fine there was a bug with the beam ranges during 0.7 development that could have caused it, but your version is older than the bugfix I found, so I'm a bit unsure when or whether it was fixed but let's assume it was fixed for now thanks!
