Taking Pikel away (via level change) from his slaves will free them. This is intentional. |

I'd like to suggest then that Pikel should not follow you up and down stairs, similar to how Dovan/Duvessa won't |

This might be handy code-wise but it doesn't make much sense. Neutral slaves should become hostile again either once Pikel's back on the level or in LOS, I'd think - he could have some enslavement message if you want to go all-out. Otherwise, locking him and the slaves to the level would be an improvement, though it'd make him a lot easier.
Is this related to how the ancient guardian vault breaks if the thing switches floors? |

In the same vein, using a wand of enslavement on Pikel frees his slaves, who then proceed to attack him when he ceases to be dominated. I assume this is intentional as well? |
