Summary 0012475: Small problems with skill targets.
Description 1. Weapons and shields have 's' key in description that automatically sets a target for appropriate skill and exits description. If the skill already has same or higher target set, nothing happens - an oversight, in my opinion. If target is the same, it will not hurt if description will disappear as if there were no target set. Message on exit could be "Skill training target for -foo- was already set" instead of "Setting training target for -foo- at N." If target is higher it should be reset with appropriate message, too.

2. If you set target for a skill it will be darkgrey if skill was off and lightgrey if it was on. Then, if you will toggle the skill on/off, target won't change its colour to match skill until you exit skill menu.

3. I don't understand why when you set target for a skill it isn't automatically turned on. Isn't it obvious that in most cases you want to start training skill you set target for? And no, I don't think current behaviour should be kept for the sake of habits developed. (At least an option should be made, with the default that's not current behaviour - we don't want new players to obtain bad habits.)
