Summary 0012426: Vault generates on Zot:1 that is inaccessible
Description Game seed: 17036825301795394301

See screen attached. Upon entering Zot:1 used a scroll of magic mapping and discovered one vault that had no path to access.

Playing the aforementioned version and generated seed, on crawl.kelbi.org server.
