I had just descended to zot 2 and the moves that lead to this was X [ to up stairs ! for annotation writing type "!cursetoe" and press enter

(0033843) Sentei (reporter) 2020-06-28 14:33	Fixed by teleporting a player out of the wall on load, but the bug that puts the player into said wall is still in the game.
