0012289: Rollback on disconnect when on skills menu with 0 skills being trained

Description

When you hit a skill target, the game gives you a prompt to train another skill. If your webtiles session is disconnected at this point (I've only tried it with sleeping my computer but I would assume a refresh would work), it causes a rollback.

Highly doubt this will matter, but I'm on Windows 10 using Firefox.
