0012283: Uskayaw forgets piety-based abilities after crash

Description

I lost connection during a battle with *** piety built up with Uskayaw.
Upon reconnection, I no longer had any abilities available.

Actually, but then while typing this bug report, suddenly I have abilities again. It was either ^P or /V that allowed me to suddenly have abilities again. I did not take an action.

Uskayaw will force your foes to helplessly watch your dance.
