0012234: Acquirement Item Selection Confirmation Issue

Description

When you select an item for acquirement, the + sign shows next to it and you're given a Y/N prompt. If you press anything other than Y or N, such as Enter, the Y/N prompt disappears, the + remains, but you've lost your ability to confirm. To continue you have to un-select, then re-select your item choice, then confirm with Y or N properly, a process that takes fiddling to figure out.

When keys other than Y or N are pressed, the Y/N options should remain and even maybe give the "Please confirm using Y or N keys only" message like other similar confirmations do. It would be even better to just be able to confirm with Enter, like the recent changes to God following confirmation.
