0012175: OOFs stuck with the squares next to the allied one being the only one they attack

Description

Bribed zot 5, cleared it then noticed that these 2 oofs (1 allied, 1 neutral) are stuck like that. Whatever I do, they don't move or do anything. That is, unless I step next to my allied one, where he blasts me with a fireball. Don't really understand what's going on.
