0012143: message_colour rc option is broken.

Description

I have the following line in my rc:
message_colour ^= lightgreen:Found
Just started a new game and got this:
Found a scroll labeled NITIKH YGIY.</lightgreen>
Message "Found 17 gold pieces." was lightgreen without any tags sticking out.
