Summary 0012085: Separators in inventory menu are missing when menu is opened
Description In a clean unzip of windows tiles cdo build 0.24-a0-760-g74cc3ae, the line separators between item categories in the 'i' menu are missing until a key is pressed or the mouse is hovered over the menu, then they appear.

 Actually it happens in all menus, not just inventory.

 Did some testing with older builds and this doesn't happen in 0.24-a0-716-g2d0fce6. So it's caused by something that was changed between 0.24-a0-716-g2d0fce6 (Sept 30) and 0.24-a0-760-g74cc3ae (Oct 02) builds.

 Thanks for reporting and testing; this is a cross-platform issue, so should be easy to fix.
