Summary 0012067: Felid oversight
Description It has come to my knowledge that our feline friends within the DCSS universe are unable to wear scarves. This seems like a simple oversight that could be remedied rather simply. Attached for reference are examples of felids in scarves to prove the validity of this claim. Hopefully this gets addressed soon for our more fashion conscious felid overlords. Thank you.

 Pro:
1) Role-playing: I am fine with this. It seems fine thematically.
2) Species balance: I'm okay here too. Felids aren't OP, and this wouldn't make them so.
3) Leveling: This would rarely affect the early dungeon, and I think would be a nice bonus for Felids in the mid-game.

Con:
1) Tiles. None of the scarf tiles we have in-game would work on the Felid player/monster tiles (I checked). This would necessitate:

* generating a bunch of new tiles, even for randarts and unrandarts, or
* showing the same lame default scarf tile on all Felids, or
* generating all new Felid tiles that work with our current scarf tiles.

 Flavour arguments aren't in line with the development philosophy. This particular issue has been beaten to death and the devteam's position is "no".
