0012001: Potions of haste and berserk rage do not have a penance prompt when worshipping Chei

Description

When worshipping Cheibriados, potions of haste and berserk rage are marked as illegal items in red on the inventory/quaff screens as expected, but that doesn't prevent a naive new player from quaffing them anyway without realising the meaning of the red colour, or an accidental mistap, leading the player into accidental penance.

Most sources of penance also have an associated penance prompt that makes it extremely clear that penance could occur; these items however do not
