0011939: Some items not auto-picked up

Description

From time to time, crawl does not auto-pickup certain items even though I have those items selected in the "Recognized items" ("\") screen, have auto-pickup enabled, and have enough room in my inventory for them.

The example I have for you from the saved game below is of a scroll of blinking, which I'm standing on. Neither ";" nor "o" result in auto-picking up the item. I've had this happen with various items in the past, however.
