0001178: Add a water-like confusion prompt when moving while adjacent to allies

Description

If you're confused when next to water and hit a direction, the game prompts for if you're sure. Being confused next to an ally should have a similar prompt, for similar reasons - turning a permanent ally hostile because you missed becoming confused is incredibly annoying, and doubly so if your god gets in on it.

Alternatively, allies could forgive unintentional attacks.

(0003677) KiloByte (manager) 2010-03-27 17:04	Just got >50 penance (right to "Godly wrath is upon you!") in Sprint due to hitting a daeva while confused. That prompt would be a good idea -- at least in two cases: 1. big allies (no one cares about spammals turning hostile), and 2. if your god hates attacking the ally in question.
