|Summary||0011692: Amulet of the gourmand's message not always appropriate.|
The amulet of the gourmand, when donned, always says: "You feel a craving for the dungeon's cuisine."
This does not seem appropriate either in the case of already-carnivorous species like kitties, or mummies who cannot eat at all.
While there's a Watsonian argument that a mummy can feel a craving for food it cannot eat, I expect Crawl to generally take a Doylist approach; other items of jewellery (eg faith, teleportation) vary their message when they provide no effect.
