0011389: Message log blank + Inventory lingering text

Description

Windows 10 tiles, version 0.22-a0-192-g6ffc940.

The message log (Ctrl+P shortcut) is always blank, with the "Inventory *number*/52" header displaying on top, as shown in the attached "Log" screenshot (window size reduced only for the purpose of the screenshot, problem persists in full-screen).

Possibly related, said inventory header also remains when inspecting inventory items, laying over other text. Related screenshot "Inventory".
