While not strictly a bug, the way chopping multiple corpses works should be changed in my opinion.
When chopping multiple corpses, if an enemy comes into view, or attacks the player, or something happens that would normally cause autotravel, rest or put on/take off items to stop or give a prompt, instead the game continues chopping the corpses until they are all done irrespective of what is in los. This could, although unlikely, allow the player to be hit through no fault of the player. Upon a monster entering los or similar events, the player should be prompted with "Continue butchering corpse(s)?" in the same way as put on/take off armour.
Additionally, pressing escape while confirming chopping multiple corpses chops the corpses that have already been confirmed (for example chopping three corpses, pressing "cc" to chop one, then escape, will chop the first corpse). It should cancel chopping all corpses and chop none, to be consistent with how esc works elsewhere in the game. |
