0011221: Slime creatures become webbed when splitting after being stuck in a net

Description

from ##crawl
<heteroy> weird. if you entangle and enormous slime creature in a net, it can split and both are entangled.

How to reproduce:
catch an enormous slime in a net in a nice wide open space
hit it till it splits

Observed behavior:
the original slime is still in the net
the split slime is webbed. the next turn it wakes up
