I don't see the 'Wrathn' thing you mentioned and couldn't find any instance of it in the code, but I fixed these mistakes in e7e240fbe1b7. Thanks for reporting.

The wrathn thing is shown in the attached file; it is an overlap of some sort between the explanation of Wu Jian 'spellpower' and the tabs at the bottom of the box. It might just be an issue based on browser size or something.

The "wrathn" thing is the very last line of the screenshot in this issue, resulting from the powers display using 2 too many lines for 80x24. Fixed in https://github.com/crawl/crawl/commit/06be1745818765e979a64e7d67f2ada53b94c88c. [^]
