Summary 0010796: Redundant prompt for Fireball without targets
Description You get the "You can't see any susceptible monsters within range! (Use Z to cast anyway.)" message when trying to cast Fireball spell without targets, while monsters can hide behind the corner. One can argue that it is rare enough though in comparison to Fire Storm and Fulminant Prism that don't get this message.

 You can cast Fire Storm with no monsters in sight without getting the prompt. This is good.
Fireball shouldn't get the prompt too.
