0010768: Unable to stop flying after donning boots of flying

Description

This was reported to me by "ceb" playing on CDO. I watched their game and their description of the bug seemed accurate to me.

Okawaru granted a level 11 GrFi boots of flying, which were not then identified. On putting them on, the 'a'bilities screen had no option to Stop Flying, although the status "Fly" was displayed along with messages about beginning to fly. After doffing and redonning the boots, the abilities screen behaved normally.

I started a wizmode GrFi and couldn't reproduce this with wizmode-created boots (even forcing them to be unidentified) but I had no good way to try with god gifted boots.
