0010242: fedhas warns of penance from placing clouds on allies, but it does not cause penance

Description

If you are worshiping Fedhas and attempt to cast poisonous cloud covering some of your Fedhas allies, it will warn you:

Really fire in your ally the oklob plant's direction? This attack would place you under penance!

However, poisonous cloud does not damage them, and casting it on them does not cause penance.

Tested in wizmode and this warning also appears for freezing cloud. Freezing cloud does not damage Fedhas allies either, since Fedhas allies are immune to your own clouds.

Solution would be to remove this message when casting poisonous cloud or freezing cloud on your Fedhas allies.
